Guest Comments The Claridge Hotel

Our stay was wonderful. There were only two items which could stand improvement: 1. the hotel restaurant breakfast -- we had under cooked bacon and sausage two days in a row and ended up eating out for breakfast for the remainder of our weeklong stay 2. Housekeeping could not seem to provide us with a complete set of towels throughout our stay. We either got two fresh towels and only one washcloth or two fresh washcloths and only one new towel and on the last day we ran out of toilet paper. However, overall, housekeeping was great and responsive when we asked for replacements. We love the Claridge -- the front desk staff is wonderful! -- and we'll definitely be back.

Ceasar was Great!! Joan was also very friendly and helpful. You have an awesome staff. The hotel was unique and colorful and very clean! I would definately stay again.

I was impressed that several of the staff remembered me after 6 months. Also, there was real help in such a friendly way , when needed. The 2 gentlemen in the restaurant are also so attentive and friendly.
