Hotel has a very friendly staff, always available to help me planing my days in Miami and explain everything about the city. The rooms are clean and the location of the hotel is excelent: not in the middle of the mess, but close enough of it, if you fell like enjoying it. I'd certainly come back to the Claridge if I should visit Miami again.
