Enjoyed the location and the ability to use public transportation as an option to using the car. Room was big, quaint, the boutique experience is definately there. The reception desk was pleasant, especially the argentinian gentleman and the night crew. The night front desk reception was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a great location, quiet, and who doesn't mind walking and wants to stay at an affordable boutique hotel. I will definately be back. If looking to spend $500+ a night, then go to the Fountainblue or Loews.

I was very surprised to find a clean, cozy and well located hotel. I searched the internet for a hotel in South Beach and surprised me as being exactly as posted on its website. I would like to congratulate you for the excellent care of the concierge, especially the young lady that was attending during the day and the young man who attended us during the night. They were very kind and always attended us with a smile and sympathy. My only cons: The water pressure in our room (210) was too low and the (free) limping wifi connection.
