Guest Comments The Claridge Hotel

We had a pleasant stay at Claridge. The staff were very nice and the room comfortable. However, the bathroom was the issue. The water took time to get hot at the bath and the pipes were pretty noisy. We have gotten a toillet malfunction as well, but the front desk change our room immediatelly. The attendant was very efficient!

Greetings, I have stayed at your hotel for 3 years in a row. It has always been a lovely place to stay while in the Miami area. I love the size of the hotel, location and value it offers. My only complaint is the complete lack of sound insulation between rooms. There was a guest next to our room that we could hear talking on the phone at 5 am as if she was standing in the middle of our room. It continued again the following night. I sincerely hope this issue will be corrected before my next visit in 2012. Otherwise, I really look forward to staying at your hotel and find it a most enjoyable place to stay. The staff was very pleasant and truly did their best to see that we were comfortable. Thank you for another great trip! William Blomquist

the location is great, warm welcoming from all the team and the room it's affordable; Great place for business or leisure trip, I will definitely come back.
