Guest Comments Hotel The Claridge

I can't answer any of these questions because even though we booked 6 months in advance...we were turned away when we arrived. We really wanted to stay there because it was even more beautiful in person than it was on the site...sadly...there was a leak in our room and they had no space for us. Gratefully...the staff was fantastic and covered the expense of another hotel...but you gotta see this place to believe it...it's gorgeous! If you ever get the oppertunity...try this place out...the error was not the fault of the hotel...it just happened...and it was only for one night...and the other hotel was fine...just not as beautiful. If I'm back in Miami...even through the problems...I'm going back there!

Rooms and mezanine-clean, bright and the beds are very comfortable. I have already recommended the Claridge to friends!

We will try and make this an annual trip to The Claridge Hotel. Next time we will invite others to join us. It was the best. Headley and Earlena Ingham
