Stayed at your hotel on April 17. 2011 and were very pleased with EVERYTHING!! Best part was we were only 1 block from Miami Beach. The hotel staff was amazingly kind! Especially the front desk staff!!! The kids and mom even enjoyed the hottub - when we first got into it in the morning it was lukewarm, but when the staff walked past and asked how the pool was, we said kind of cool, within a few minutes they had the hot water jets running! Enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch in the evening with a cocktail while the kids were in bed sleeping. Felt very safe and not a lot of partying. Very nice place. Would definately stay again!!!

Loved the Spanish look of the hotel. Rooms:spacious & clean. We got the room we asked for. Employees:gracious & professional Linda (front desk): the best. We had issues about the deposit before arriving. She talked with Mgr Santana & 2 mins later we came to a fair understanding. She made check in effortless. I dont remember the young lady's name that worked at the front in the am, gracious too. We would come in at 5am, and the gentleman & lady were so upbeat and welcoming. Slight downfall: breakfast. Could be stepped up a notch. Maintenance was gracious too. My car was parked on the street next to the hotel. He asked if I could move my car, cause they were trying to do some repairs on the fencing. I was in a spot where they needed to be. There weren't anymore spots on the street. He told me I could park in the covered garage with no charge for that time period. I will stay at the Claridge again. I have referred some friends to stay soon. S. Tolerson
