The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. They attributed to making our vacation to Miami a great experience. We asked them how to get to different locations and they gave detailed directions as well as printing out a map with directions. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The special rate for teachers was especially appreciated! The hotel was really first rate, and the staff was completely delightful and sweet, as well as very patient and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful 2 days in Miami Beach. Please use EITHER my first OR last name, but not both, on your site, if you wish!

The young lady at the desk, Susana, was very nice and very helpful. She helped both with my reservation and all questions I had. She was very personable and informative. She really made the stay a pleasant one. Your restaurant, where we ate breakfast, was fabulous. The manager on duty was so kind and helpful. I would definitely reommend your hotel to friends and family. Thank you for all that you did.
