lovely hotel, small, intimate, lovely interior...excellent restaurant

Negative things: when we arrived there was no one to take our luggage up the stairs, only the concierge who helped us but no one else. I arranged for a room for 7 nights, deluxe view and had to stay the first night at another room because mine was not yet available. I booked the room in October! Besides I didn't like to be compelled to pay and extra fee for services like internet and towels, should be optional. Apart from that, the hotel is very charming, I like the decoration and all the personnel at the front desk and dining room was very kind and ready to help. Regards.

Overall, experience was great and would recommend this hotel. Restaurant quality of food and drinks for dinner was excellent, but while servers were friendly, slow service (computer problems). Did not eat breakfast due to price.
